I originally found this place online, went into the store the first time and the gentleman that assisted us treated us as though he didn’t think we’d actually buy a ring. Fast forward to two weeks later, we went back in and that’s when we met Barbara! She’s been very helpful throughout this process, patient, caring and very good at following up with me. Disappointed, to say the least. We came in excited to upgrade my wife’s ring and had a great first appointment, with plans for a custom design. We were told we would receive a style board and a follow up, but never heard back. After reaching out multiple times, we finally reconnected with our original representative.
