The sales associate was fairly nice but reccomended that I use their online custom ring design process for $100 to create a ring. Their online process customer service is horrendous. They don't listen to what you want and they don't follow up.
I received a pearl necklace as a birthday gift. The first time I wore it, a pearl fell off due to extremely poor quality. I returned within 30 days to resolve the issue. They asked me to leave the necklace for repair and promised to call me. On my second visit, they reattached the pearl — but it was a completely different size. Had a great experience today picking out my wedding band! My fiancé and I worked with Gabby. She doesn’t normally work at this location but lucky for us she was filling in. She was a great help and let me try on all the bands I wanted while giving me helpful but not pushy input. Thank you for your help Gabby!
