I received a pearl necklace as a birthday gift. The first time I wore it, a pearl fell off due to extremely poor quality. I returned within 30 days to resolve the issue. They asked me to leave the necklace for repair and promised to call me. On my second visit, they reattached the pearl — but it was a completely different size. Had a great experience today picking out my wedding band! My fiancé and I worked with Gabby. She doesn’t normally work at this location but lucky for us she was filling in. She was a great help and let me try on all the bands I wanted while giving me helpful but not pushy input. Thank you for your help Gabby!

The customer service at this store was unmatched! After stopping in at 2 or 3 other jewelry stores today where we weren’t so much as acknowledged, the store manager herself assisted us at Grown Brilliance Woodfield. Thank you to Donna for making our experience shopping for our wedding/engagement rings such a pleasant experience! I’m so glad we stopped in and can’t wait for our beautiful rings to arrive!
