I love Growing Smiles for both of my children. I have started them both here at age 1. From front reception to hygienist to dentist everyone is so kind, welcoming, informative, and make such a great experience for little ones. Both of my children absolutely love going to the dentist and I believe it’s because Growing Smiles does such a great job to make them feel comfortable and want to keep coming back. Thank you so much for all of the great visits for my children!
I took my daughter to the dentist for the first time last week and she lost it. They recommended us to a ped dentist. That was the best decision! From the second we walked in I could tell she was more comfortable here. She hasn’t stopped talking about Katie and how nice she was. I was worried for my youngest daughter’s appointment coming up. Absolutely DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE!!!!!! Made payment arrangements with them temporarily until our HSA is reimbursed now that they received all their insurance money the are refusing to see my children and now are saying they won’t work with us and they need full payment before they’ll see my children. It’s asinine really, as now I have met my maximum out of pocket and my insurance will pay the remaining benefit year claims! If I could give 100000 stars, I would. I was seen the same day due to my 10 month old falling & hitting his teeth. From making the appointment to checking out after the visit, everything was perfect. Everybody was so kind and caring. A huge thank you to everyone. I appreciate you all.
