Zasha C. was very nice and helpful in scheduling our next appointment. She also asked if I had schedule the next cleaning which I did. Nice that she reminded me.
All the staff at growing smiles is so polite and helpful. They explain everything to make sure you understand everything that is going on. I've honestly never met a more happy staff. My 3 kiddos really enjoy going to see everybody at the office.
Piece of garbage place. Never have any providers, when they finally do they cancel your appointment, making you reschedule, and when you ask for the next date available. .. out of the sudden "they don't have any providers anymore". I waited for my baby's appointment for 2 or 3 months and the day we were on our way to their place, they called me at last minute telling me they needed to "reschedule" because the dentist wasn't going to be there. They are ridiculous.
this place is ridiculous, they’re only open once a week which I had to find out from next door. They scheduled my children for an appointment for Thursday at 8:45 & failed to tell me that the appointment was at a different location so I show up to a closed facility. Terrible customer service
