I truly can't say enough amazing things about Growing Self. Brenda Fahn is an awesome therapist/life coach who has helped me change my entire life. Our experience has been awesome! My fiancé and I decided to do premarital counseling with Growing Self for two main reasons: 1) we wanted a non-class like atmosphere where we could feel more comfortable talking about problems/issues/values.
