I just started taking my kids here and at my daughter's first appointment a nurse told her she was doing a horrible job brushing her teeth, but our previous dentist and orthodontist told her she was doing a great job. While cleaning her teeth, my daughter was was crying because of the pain she was in. They were making her teeth bleed and her gums were very puffy and irritated.
