This review is way overdue. Wendy has provided compassionate and grounded support for my daughter. I appreciate that she is trained in EMDR and her connection with clients is amazing. My daughter does not warm up easily and Wendy is patient and creative with her. We have returned to Wendy for therapy as new challenges have come up. My daughter feels safe with Wendy and her office is an inviting space where my child can heal. Wendy is an amazing therapist.
My experience with Growing Glimmers has been very positive. Wendy mixes Integrative Attachment Protocol with EMDR. Wendy is great with both kids and adults and is very empathetic. Her approach is very affective especially for kids with adoption related trauma and attachment issues. I have recommended her to many of my friends for their kids.
