I reached out to Growing Boundlessly during Covid to assist my child in dealing with the changes we were going through in our home and to give my daughter a means to cope with the stress of being home and dealing with what we thought would be our new normal. We had a positive experience and I will and have presently recommended others this agency. There is such a sigma around the African American and mental health. This gives our community a safe space with someone who can relate to us.

Growing Boundlessly has been an incredible resource for me. This company truly prides itself on mental health awareness, and their focus on helping POC has been particularly impactful. I've benefited greatly from their programs and resources, which have provided me with the support and tools I need to navigate my mental health journey. Their commitment to creating a safe and inclusive space for people of color is evident in everything they do, and I can't recommend them enough.
It is often a trial and error situation in finding the right therapist. But Growing Boundlessly has, over the years, paired me with two extremely knowledgeable therapists, including my current person who is incredibly comfortable to meet with each week. Therapists should excel at listening deeply (mine does) as well as have guidance and out-of-the-box ideas that shift clients' patterns towards wellness. This team is the best I've ever worked with.
