They advertise same day delivery if ordered by 1:30pm. I placed an order at 8:14am and received an email confirmation that it will arrive today. At 5:30pm i tried texting and calling but received no response. It’s now 1am and the flowers did not arrive and I did not receive any more email/calls/texts about it. Update: this was because by mistake the website allowed to order delivery for a holiday when they are actually closed. They issued a refund the next day

these absolute tools decided it would be funny to let me order the flowers to that address and NOT TELL ME IN THE MOMENT that they can’t deliver to that address and they EMAIL me days later after having people waiting on them that they can’t send there. Unprofessional as hell screw this place.
