Extremely Rude and unprofessional, she could care less if she gets your business or not.
Never will I order from these guys again. I ordered premium & they delivered same as the picture of the standard photo. If I wanted the standard bouquet I would have ordered the lower costing one , but I wanted something bigger & beautiful for my Sister's 77 birthday. After sending 2 emails & 4 days later I called to check out why and talk about rude., the lady did nothing but give me attitude & extremely rude, I got nothing but excuses, the ad said 100% customer satisfaction ....TOTALLY not .

Do not recommend. Flowers were fine (just fine) I placed my order online…once I selected my bouquet, it went to the payment page. I entered day for delivery (next day) and all my payment info. Last minute I changed my mind and went back and changed the bouquet. Clicked through again and noticed it kept my credit card info so I completed the purchase without checking the delivery date again. Completely my fault, my over sight. I assumed if it kept my cc info, it would have also kept the same delivery but it reset it for same ... read more
