My mom was in the hospital for over a week due to side effects from her cancer treatment. When the flowers showed up she had tears in her eyes and told me how beautiful they were! It really made her day! She received so may compliments in the bouquet and although it wasn’t quite like the picture, the florist did a top notch job in making the arrangement as beautiful as possible !
Extremely Rude and unprofessional, she could care less if she gets your business or not.
Never will I order from these guys again. I ordered premium & they delivered same as the picture of the standard photo. If I wanted the standard bouquet I would have ordered the lower costing one , but I wanted something bigger & beautiful for my Sister's 77 birthday. After sending 2 emails & 4 days later I called to check out why and talk about rude., the lady did nothing but give me attitude & extremely rude, I got nothing but excuses, the ad said 100% customer satisfaction ....TOTALLY not .
Don’t ship your UPS packages here The package arrived They told my son it wasn’t there when it was They sent the package back Multiple grandkids won’t get their gifts The owner wouldn’t even talk to me Lame
