This is hit or miss, both with customer service as well as what they pay you for items you bring in. Today a rather brusk woman called to tell me the total amount of money they would be paying me for the items I had dropped off. Her manner right off was rather rude & she was very short when I had questions. Most of their entire team could use some customer service training on how to be pleasant & nice to customers on the phone & in store. I've never really shopped at resale shops before, but was beyond impressed with this store. In all aspects it was very clean. The store itself was spotless and it felt like a regular retail store. Then as I shopped for clothes and shoes I was floored by the selection. We bought high end boutique items for a fraction of the cost. A part of me wants to keep this place a secret so I have better chances at buying items. �. The employees were mostly kind and helpful. We will absolutely be returning.

They have some nice things but the staff (every time I have gone in) is so unbelievably rude. They act as if it's terribly rude of the customer to need to be checked out, and couldn't bother even stopping their personal conversation to say hello anything while ringing up my $$$ purchase. NEVER again
