10 out of 10 in my book. Dr. Nji is who I used. He's new to Ohio. He was so kind and caring and listened to every word I said. Unlike most Drs. He was focused on my needs and worked with me to get a game plan together medication wise and therapy wise. Never had a better psychiatrist.
Very poor communication, monitoring and follow up between provider, billing and patient. Does not monitor inbox, only helps via chat bot and has poor follow up. I would remove this if my issue were resolved, but It is not- 3 months and $1,000 later.
