The worst therapist ever that they have working for them in their network on their website is named "Michelle Bundrum". She was my therapist for about a year and a half and she used personal information that I trusted her with AGAINST ME BY REPEATING IT to me! I was just IN PURE SHOCK, because she seemed extremely trustworthy and kind and reliable for the most part. Then, to add insult to injury, Michelle requested to refer me to therapists she personally knows to keep the gaslighting going.
Company is all about money... Therapists seem rushed and inexperienced. Some lacked empathy...Surprise costs usually hit hard and you don't know where they come from. If your looking for a reliable therapy online help -you need to find elsewhere...
All I want to do is talk to someone on the phone and they can’t do that. Their number leads back to AI which I don’t want to sit and text a bot all day. Terrible contact system and truly disappointing
