I have a major complaint with Grow Therapy and therapist, Rachel Scharf, on behalf of my daughter. She ha given me authority to represent her. I recently found out that my daughter has paid $1000 from her savings account for five no show fees for missed appointments. The no show fee is more than our Kaiser insurance contracted payment of $150 per session.
