I booked an appointment here for the first time and chose one of the higher ranked Stylist because I wanted to make sure I had a good experience. Before starting, the stylist and I spent about 5–10 minutes discussing exactly what I wanted, as well as the texture of my hair. Such a great experience! I came in for a haircut and absolutely loved how my hair turned out. My stylist Lauren, really listened to what I wanted and made sure I was happy with everything. The scalp massage was AMAZING and honestly one of my favorite parts—it was so relaxing and made the whole appointment feel like a little self-care moment. The salon itself has such a cute, welcoming atmosphere, and I left feeling refreshed and loving my hair. Definitely recommend!
Aubrey was an absolute delight! She did a wonderful job on my hair and was very thorough. I will definitely be booking again with her! ♥️
*BEWARE OF FRAUDULENT CHARGES*. If I could give zero stars, I would. This refers to the stylist, Maddie, and management. I went to this salon two times and saw Maddie; she claimed she could get me back to platinum blonde the first time I saw her at $300 a visit for three visits. After the second visit, she informed me that she did not specialize in what I wanted and that she would see me one more time, then she would pass me off to someone else. We absolutely love Sylas! She cuts my hair, both of my daughters’ hair, and my husband’s, and every single one of us always leaves so happy. She does such an amazing job listening to what we want while also giving great recommendations for what will look best. She’s talented, kind, professional, and makes every appointment such a comfortable experience. It’s so nice having someone we trust with the whole family’s hair. We couldn’t recommend Sylas and Grow Salon enough!
