I booked an appointment nearly 3 weeks in advance to see a specific doctor who was highly recommended for a specific treatment. Three days before my appointment, I was told it was cancelled because the doctor isn’t taking new patients. Beware! My daughter-in-law visited this practise for a short consult regarding congestion in the chest. Dr checked chest, ears, throat, BP, advised nothing wrong and provided her with a script for antibiotics. Entered details into computer and upon presenting at reception was charged $232 for a long consult! When she questioned the charge they informed her that she would receive an $80 Medicare rebate. Fantastic medical practice Nurse Rebekah is amazing and goes above and beyond for her patients. Dr David is brilliant and goes the extra mile Dr Armstrong is great and very knowledgeable especially when it comes to POTS. Highly recommend the practice
I had an appointment with Dr April for nut allergy testing that ended up just being a blood test. The appointment went well enough but Dr April was very fixated on my existing grass allergy and offering me years of immunotherapy, which wasn’t the point of the appointment.
