Very nice and professional
Our family met with a counselor years ago & the sessions went well. I contacted the practice months ago as there was a crisis and never received an email nor call back. In addition, A family member lost her mother to cancer was seeing a counselor during CoVID. Appts were cancelled and never any follow-up.
