We signed up for grow about 18 months ago to provide our clients with detailed analytics for marketing and automation campaigns we were running for them. The system was easy to use because they had pre-built one click metrics that made it simple to use. You could build each metric manually but it required more of a dedicated programming minded employee to do. They have a lot of potential but still a long way to go and don't seem to know how to get there. The product has a lot of bugs and lacks some key features that are basic in other products at their price range. Be careful of their contracts. They will lock you in and even if they app has major issues and it's their fault, they won't do anything to help you out to make it right.
