They have treated several of our pets for a variety of reasons over the years and we have never had a bad experience. As someone who has worked in the veterinary field for over five years, I can tell you they practice good medince while still offering an affordable, small town vibe and human connection that is getting harder to find. Every CSR, tech, and doctor has done nothing short of exceed our expectations. Did a great job on my cat
I must say I’ve been to a few veterinarian clinic and although I thought I found one that had the best services, and that The great staff I was sadly wrong. Groves veterinarian definitely stole my heart. Staff were friendly understanding. They listen to your concern.. And how I adore, Dr. Tillman Richey . I have to say I was very pleased with the services I received here today. The staff was very hands on & on top of every need and kudos to Mrs Jennifer who seen I was having a hard time and my hands full and she completely swooped in handling business. I’m so grateful to the staff and Doctor for how they handled my babies and I got some tough news today and the doctor was so informative and helpful. I definitely recommend this vet clinic .
