This company gave a claim estimate to my insurance company for hail damage on my house and garage from July 2022. They were suppose to do the job. One year later the job has not even been started. There has been no communication on their part. I have always had to phone them and ask when they would be coming. Most times no one answered the phone and I had to leave messages. When I did reach them they consistently made promises they did not keep. It has been most frustrating. I am switching contractors.
