Eddie and the staff are incredible. I did not notice any elements that would keep me from living there, and I have grandchildren to think about. There is a retired NYC police officer that lives in the park and patrols free of charge to make sure that the community is a safe place. When my family and I were looking for a home, I was leary of this place at first because it is in Pine Hills, and I had heard of the reputation that Pine Hills has. Recommendedclean, quiet and friendly
No not good place
Horrible place to live, loud parties at all hours of the day and night, dogs, cats, chickens and ducks running wild. Managers who don't care what anyone does, unless your grass is an inch to long then they give you a notice. So glad we escaped this place.
