No show and no call when I had a confirmed appointment for a walk through. When I called 2 hours after the scheduled appointment owner informed me they forgot about my appointment to run to the bank instead. I won’t be returning for future business
We received excellent service from Groves. The estimator wasn't able to make it out due to illness, but they used zillow to get an estimate done anyway. The cleaners that came out were wonderful and thorough and our house hasn't looked or smelled as nice as it does now in years. I hate to say that we only reached out because the company that does my office doesn't do residential work, but we are very pleasantly surprised with the results we got. I cannot gather the words that would express my gratitude to the three person cleaning crew that came to do a move-in clean at my new home. Because of their EXTREME attention to detail, they made us aware of a major situation that we would have never been the wiser to. Other wrongs with the townhouse were pointed out. They made it possible for us to contact our new leasing office with problems in the unit.
