If I could give less I would they told me for 2 weeks this is when your car will be ready on comes the day I go to pick it up I I receive a text and voice message saying that it’s not ready and that my estimate had gone up on the SAME DAY it was supposed to be done
Hi. I had a bad experience with groves body shop. The part that was rrplaced was some how installed wrong or was broken. When my sister noticed she called them. Took it bavk in they looked at it and said they were going to order the part and would call when it came in. Thats been since june of last year. Accident happened on April 30.When i called them they saod they were still wsiting on the part. Well here it is February 2025 we are still waiting on them to call about the part. They were professional and got my wrecked car fixed quickly. The repairs look great. They communicated well and were friendly. Definitely recommend them!
Just don't even go, did give a 5 star long time ago, now to much to even type, JUST DONT EVEN!
