Performed everything as promised and on-time. Great communication with updates at every step.
I got clipped driver side bumper front light, drivers door and front fender rear fender and tail light scratched all the way down just a nightmare... from the time I walked in the front door those ladies were patient took the time doing the initial estimate, constant updates and progress and 3 phone calls updates and a clean up and iam once again out of the dogg house Lol I cannot stress enough giving our hometown people a try and you'll see why this is our 3rd or 4th project they have knocked out the park thank yall!!!
After having to take our vehicle back a second time because it wasn't completely restored, it still wasn't fixed. Even had a problem that didn't originally have. It's really unfortunate for the Auto Body Shop (leaving the review) and for us (still dealing with the problem). We tried to rectify the situation but didn't get anywhere.
They did a good job on my truck.
I had a pretty good size ding on the rear 1/4 panel of my truck. They were the first body shop USAA had listed in the Port Arthur area. It was the most seamless process I could have asked for between my insurance and the body shop. Another plus is the car rental place is directly across the street. They said my truck would be ready Dec 24 and they were spot on. Not only did they do flawless work. They detailed my truck inside and out. I would highly recommend there services.
