I lived for nine years at this apartment complex. I had quite a good experience. The rent is quite reasonable for the Miami market. The buildings and apartments are old, but if you want something more modern, be prepared to pay! The office staff was always nice and whenever I needed something fixed it was done quickly. I had to complain 2 or 3 times about very loud neighbors, but the problem was always dealt with. I did get my full deposit back after moving out. I've lived here for 7 years and I have to say management is very nice and professional, Deals with any problem I have ever had immediately.Very good location next to all the malls walking distance to a grocery store. Complex is very well kept and I will recommend to all my friends.
