Repair tech was very nice and diagnosed the issue right away. Very pleased with him.
Owner and service tech claim that the tech was out in front of our house for 20 minutes. However we were waiting for over 2.5hrs and no one showed. Amazon delivered, mail was delivered, no tech from groves ever showed up. Verizon had a cut cable and it phone service was down so we couldn't receive our dial out. Tech never came to the door because of he had our 3 large german Shepherds would go nuts. and we were actively watching it the front window. EDIT TO ADD since the owner has responded to my review. According to the owner's response, Andrew claimed he knocked on our door and waited for 20 minutes before leaving. I would like it to be known to the owner that what he said is absolutely not true. I was home WAITING for someone to show up for 2.5 hours but NO ONE ever did (with multiple other people in the home AND 3 large dogs). Would not recommend this place to anyone. I very rarely leave reviews for companies, but this was a frustrating experience. My appliance never even got serviced. Whirlpool routed our service repair request to Groves, for our dryer. I got a text confirming my appointment 2 days prior. On the day of the appointment, I waited 2.5 hours for the tech to show up. Nobody showed, and I got a text to reschedule my appointment. I tried calling that day but was having trouble connecting with them due to a Spectrum/Verizon outage, so I ... read more
