Beautiful complex. Manager is very friendly and helpful. She's a busy lady and can be hard to catch at times, but she manages the entire place by herself. Sometimes she has to leave the office to take care of things in the apartments. Her job doesn't consist of just sitting behind a desk answering the phone all day.

I believe the manager at the Groves Tifton, Ga. dosent answer the phone or says they are out of applications is that she doesnt like what she sees, and therefor picks and chooses who SHE want to rent to. Been asking for an application for weeks and each time she sez they are out and to return in a few days as she will have some by then. Hope the owner sees these posts and replaces her with a more compadent, honest manager. ( consider the one star a negative star )

I've called this place at least 10 times, gotten through ONCE, and left messages several other times with NO calls back. I called there yesterday at 3:30 p.m. (the hours of operation are supposed to be 9 a.m.-4 p.m.) and it was busy. I called back at 3:50 p.m., it rang for three minutes without an answer. Granted, it was Friday, but I was told the ONE time I was able to get someone that I should call before 4:00 p.m. so that someone can be there to show me an apartment.
