Best dental experience ever! I usually get very anxious about dental cleanings, but the team here completely put my mind at ease. The hygienist was exceptionally patient, constantly checking in to make sure I wasn’t in any discomfort. The office is impeccably clean, and the level of care is top-notch. I would definitely recommend the Burns practice.
I was very disrespected and ignored and not informed about a dental procedure that would cost over $2,000.00 I had an appointment at 10:30 I satin a chair in the cold room forgone and a half hours. someone camenin and took picture of the tooth I brought all current X-rays. the dentist came in for 3 minute said he could put a crown on a very compromised tooth that another dentist jeopardized with the drill. Well let me begin by saying this is a very professional dentistry operation! This gives you confidence in them (Burns Family Dentistry) . Id like to then say from the receptionist to the hygienist to the finance person to the doctor very very very kind and knowledgeable! And not to mention very clean facility. I have finally found a dentist in Fredericksburg VA . Thank you Dr. Burns!
