Dental Hygienist Brianna ("Brie") was super knowledgeable and super friendly. I was completely at ease and relaxed. I scheduled a prophylaxis appointment with Dr. Preston Burns. 1. I never saw Dr. Burns. 2. I was strongly encouraged to have x-rays even though I had images sent to them from last year. I preferred to see my dentist out of town, as he is a friend and doesn't charge me for them. 3. After reluctantly consenting to the x-rays, I saw they were little changed from those taken in last year. They still wanted to do deep cleanings, which I had done in the past without improvement. 4. Beautiful new office. Everyone was very friendly and explained everything in great detail, from calling to schedule as a new patient to the receptionist on check in to the hygienist to Dr Karns. Very up to date equipment made the cleaning experience pleasant. Loved their new handheld intra oral Xray equipment, much easier to tolerate than the older models.
