Where do I start? Dr. Grover is a wonderful surgeon! Very intelligent, he treats me like family, He is ahead of the curve on standard of care. He has the greatest PA-C's, I am always greeted with a smile. His Coordinator Darcel and the staff works hard to ensure that I am comfortable and cared for. Dr. Grover has treated my lower back and successfully for a number of years. I understand that the wait can be an issue; however, they have certainly made remarkable improvements! Sincerely, Mark
Dr. Grover was very good with starting treatment. He found things with my spine that my other doctors had missed. The wait time wasn't too bad. Better than I found at two other spine doctor's offices. His staff members were all nice and I had a great experience overall. I highly recommend Dr. Grover. Dr. Grover is a wonderful surgeon, I had back surgery in 2012 and I was given my life back! Before surgery I was in constant pain and was unable to work. A wonderful surgeon. He fixed back and neck over the last 3 years. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with Dr. Jaswinder Grover and his exceptional staff! Simply the best bed-side manner and made me feel comfortable the entire journey. The wait can be long, but you have to wait to see the best surgeon in town! Dr. Jaswinder Grover, is by far the best spine surgeon on the west coast. I was in a horrific automobile accident with the threat of never being able to walk again. I could not feel my hands or feet and I felt I would be paralyzed for life. Dr. Grover performed surgery on my neck and within hours of my recovery, I had sensation back in my extremities! Although I am still recovering, I know I am on my way to making a full recovery. I highly recommend Dr. Grover, and his team!
The Kyphoplasty procedure for a fractured L2 from a horse accident was a MIRACLE. Spent 30 days waiting to see if the fracture would get better on its own to no avail.. Would highly recommend Kyphoplasty from Dr Grover. My only complaint would be the time spent in the waiting room.
Dr. Grover is a gifted surgeon and inspires confidence. The surgical team he works with is equally impressive. His office staff is both competent and professional, but information sometimes takes longer then necessary to be disseminated. For this sole reason I have given this practice four stars in stead of five. Whom ever is responsible for running the business of this office needs to set up their game just a bit.
Dr. Grover has a gift. The gift of healing. I came to Dr. Grover with multiple spine problems. He listened and genuinely showed he cared. Yes, I had already seen many doctors and I was still in extreme discomfort after surgery. Dr. Grover's approach was conservative. Not like the other surgeons who only wanted to initially cut on me. I appreciated the conservative approach. Surgery by only Dr. Grover healed my chronic pain. He has a wonder surgical staff too. Team Dr. Grover is amazing!
