I know and hope there are legitimate soil engineers out there, but this was not my experience with Grover-Hollingsworth and Associates or with Bob Hollingsworth. If the city wants a "soil report" for things like a grading permit, pool, etc.; you will need to call a soil engineer like this these people here. Watch out!
