I was not only disappointed but very surprised that Grover did not carry apart for my Reliant water heater which I purchased from them years ago but still nonetheless. I needed a park called an FV sensor so my first thought was go to where I purchased my water heater. My disappointment was more on their lack of effort to help. Wonderful place. There very helpful.
Went in for Tub parts, sales person had me wait at front counter couldn't look around, i was new to area. Felt like a theif although i have never stolen a Thing.
