Great visit today at Grover Dental on Rymal. Amanda the hygienist is so skilled and has a supremely gentle touch. Can’t say enough good things about Amanda and the entire team at Grover, including the incomparable Dr Ana. And Mikayla and Catrina at reception are so warm, friendly and professional. This is a great dental practice all around
Wonderful and welcoming staff right when you enter. My kids and I felt comfortable from the moment we stepped in and out of their doors. Our hygienist, was great! She was very patient and took such great care of both my kids.
All of my concerns were addressed, and I was treated like family.
I went to the clinic today for a cleaning through the Canada Dental Care Plan (CDCP).They started by cleaning my lower teeth, but the lower teeth did not take the full hour. When the one-hour coverage limit was reached, they stopped and told me that I would have to pay out of pocket if I wanted my upper teeth cleaned. I was disappointed because my cleaning was not completed, even though the cleaning of my lower teeth did not take the entire hour.
