I thought that pets were not allowed in the building. There is a man with a big dog that is not on a leash at Innovative on the second floor. The dog is friendly but came right up to me in the hallway.
I would avoid doing business with this group. We were hired to do a project for them for $47,000 and they refused to pay us for the work that w completed and just keep making excuses to not pay us. We have complied and given them everything requested even agreed to meet them on the job site and show them in person it was completed. They refused to do this and just keep making up reasons to not pay us.
Construction at 1499 W Palmetto has been going on for a while, and my car is constantly getting dirty from the dust. I try to get to work early to get a decent spot. There always seems to be at least one car in the corner. This seems like a good idea instead of parking far our and walking until a car parks in the handicapped spot on the end and blocks them in like I noticed one day.
