When Jeff was the manager they were the best. Now, if you can get past the new keypad , you get the rudest non service with an "if you dont like it leave" attitude. Ive had 2 units for around 15yrs never a late payment. So far the new "management" is intent on being nonresponsive and accusative.

The site is always clean. Jeff, the manager is consistently responsive and helpful. He wasn’t the contact person when I initially rented a space and I can attest to what an improvement it is to have him accessible. The fellow renters I have met are all kind and even offer to help. Premium storage for our Central Coast.

Very personable site manager, Jeff. He operates on a helpful, let's work this out, mentality. This guy was there to service the needs of the tenants, and thus, the needs of the owners. No games, straight forward in every interaction with him. Where do they find these guys?
