I moved in when the place being was being built Debbie was the manager at the time, she was super nice easy to work with. I love living here for 5 to 6 years. Then Debbie left amd was no longer I manager, being eager to meet the new on I went down to the office one day to great her. The feeling I had when left was cold insensitive. I go a dog because I have profound hearing loss and could not hear the bell at all, so I decide to buy me dog to help with that. Debbie said she was fine with Luna be a service animal. I moved to Grovecrest Villas about 6 weeks ago, and I love it here. I am so glad that I chose this place as my home with my two kitties. Both Michelle and Anita have been so efficient, professional, warm, welcoming, and gracious. They have immediately tended to any issues that have arisen. They are always happy to see you! My apartment is so lovely and well-kept, and the view is beautiful. I love to speed-walk/run 5 miles each night on the sidewalks that meander through the lawns and by a gazebo. Great Place to live If you are 55 and over looking for a place to live you should consider GroveCrest Villas It is the best place and lot's of fun and very friendly neighbors and staff

My mother loves it. She had made some wonderful friends and loved the area.
I have lived at Grovecrest Villas for 2 years and I love it! The property is beautiful and the amenities are fabulous. The apartments are like new, and the management and the maintenance team take great care of us.
Can't wait! I haven't even moved in yet and can't wait to do so. I met with the staff member who showed a model of the unit I was looking for. She was very pleasant and informed. Answered all my questions. The model I looked at was perfect for my wife and I. Quiet, clean, and brand new! It will be nice to live in an apt. that no one has ever lived in. It was beautiful and complete. Outside is green with grass and trees for a nice walk on the walking path. Can't wait for all that peace and quiet!
