Very professional and did a great job of removing some large trees. I will use them again.
The work that was done was adequate. The one and only limb that made my decision to call you was not removed! Your crew leader coped an attitude as to why the limb was not cut. None of which excused the fact that it should have been done!
Received a quote from Grove Tree Care to trim back two big trees that had grown over our house. The quote was very reasonable. The four man crew showed up at the stated hour and walked through the job with me. The whole crew was very personable and friendly. They were very careful with my wife’s flowers, making sure to move all her potted plants. They trimmed the trees back and off the house and removed all the debris and chipped it into their truck. They did a fabulous job, I cleaned up and even my neighbor which had a branch over her house was amazed at the work they did! And these guys had one of the best estimates I received for the job. But definitely do business again.
Alex was wonderful! He has excellent customer service and he was kind. He finished the job quickly and made sure I was satisfied with his work. He explained to me what he did and was kind to my son, who is a toddler and enjoyed watching the guys work.
