Grove was extremely responsive and got us on the schedule when we discovered two large conifers were starting to fall and would take out utility lines with them. The trees were far enough back that PGE said they couldn’t help us but Grove got out here super-quick and an arborist took a look at them and confirmed our fears and got us on the schedule. The team was fast, efficient, and very friendly and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend them!!
The arborist (Kevin) was amazing. Very knowledgeable and confidence inspiring. Great customer focus. Office staff (Connie, in particular) were also great. When I called after a storm to check on my appt date, it was Connie who suggested Kevin come out take a look at my storm damage, which resulted in the crew coming early and taking care of one of my trees right away as he felt it was a safety issue. They removed some sick/dying trees, ground out the stumps, then trimmed the others into a healthy state (clean/tidy/rational pricing). Will hire again!
