I rent an office in this building. A very cool historic building within Worcester's historic district. They have been renovating bit by bit, and the improvements are really top notch. Coffee house on the lower level has been a fantastic addition. The biggest downside, as I'm a massage therapist, is the noise from the other suites. I've done soundproofing and it's only helped a little. It's a mill building, only so much can be done. Great location right off I-290!
