They said there would be a 10 min wait and it was an hour wait they got my name wrong and almost gave me someone else’s medicine and when they called me they couldn’t pronounce my name right after hearing me say it and they argued with me about if I had seen the doctor or not.
Used to be great when run by Mo. I’ve now been on the phone on hold for over 30 minutes. Customer service is non-existent anymore.
These people are always very helpful and informative
The best pharmacy I've ever been to. They are so nice and accommodating. They have gone above and beyond for me when trying to reduce my costs. They always process my requests over the phone when i need something last minute. This team is phenomenal. Thank you!
