Alway something with them. Can’t explain how many times I’ve been “rescheduled” an hour before appointment time. Unless you’re an established client this place will give you the run around. There’s better places out there that are far more accommodating to make sure appointments are fulfilled the day of your appointment. Not just to give you some condescending excuse without even offering a make up appointment. Will NEVER call them back
