I loved the year that I spent living in my apartment that was managed by Grove Properties. The building was quiet and well kept (common spaces were cleaned on a regular basis) and the management company was quick/responsive via email. They made it easy to get rolls of quarters for the laundry machines in the basement which was super helpful. I honestly wish I wasn't moving out of town, because I would have stayed in my unit significantly longer-term! I would definitely rent with them again :)

I've rented from Grove properties for a total of over four years and in two of their units. They are by far the best landlords from which I've rented. A family operation, they are superb to work with, very kind and reasonable, and have always been prompt to respond to any requests. The property is clean, well maintained, and an excellent value. I recommend them highly!
