Y’all never completed my service request and made me live with black mold growing from my ceiling for MONTHS. The fact that you’ve “completed” this request the day after I’ve moved out shows how much you care about your residents. Between this, the constant roach infestations, and the appliances never working, this apartment has been one of the worst I’ve ever lived in.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!!! Roaches own this place, literally, and the office is very aware of the infestation and does nothing about it. Also, marijuana smell is very bad , had a newborn and they did nothing about it, had to be there my whole pregnancy and months postpartum which sucked , did not know how to leave without being in collection which at the end they did sent me to collection for something maintenance ruined.
