For one they hadn't updated google maps with their new name. Two, they wouldn't give me a prescription price without me first sending over the prescription. I explained I was shopping it around and the lady said there was nothing she could do.
Extremely hit and miss.
Grove pharmacy was particularly helpful in making me understand that there may be a shortage of a particular denture cream I have been searching for and that there is a problem on the manufacturing end. So now I know to order off the internet instead of wandering aimlessly through the large scale stores asking questions of them as to why there is none in stock. I highly recommend that the conglomerates use the same people skills and learn from privately held companies like Grove Pharmacy.
