Grove Pharmacy has been a lifeline for me over the past year. I've been unable to walk due to a medical condition, and living on the 3rd floor with no elevator made picking up prescriptions nearly impossible. Grove Pharmacy has been delivering my medications directly to my home for over a year now, and I honestly don't know what I would have done without them. Called to have my prescription refilled, the rep. called me back within 15 mins. said it was ready to be picked. Engi was helpful picking up my prescription and even mentioned they have local delivery service. Helpful and professional.
Really terrible. Suddenly started refusing to help me because of the pain medication I take, even though I never request early refills and have always followed the rules. They now lie to me and tell me they're "out of stock." Liars.
Great pharmacy with very friendly staff and excellent customer service! On a side note, they did something really sweet for my birthday. When I refilled my vitamins, they sent a small package wishing me a happy birthday. It was such a thoughtful gesture!
One of the best I highly recommend them, they always have the medicine and they are super nice unlike the big corporations big name brands they never have certain medicines and I always have to wait, but not no more Grove Pharmacy is the best.
