Grove Pharmacy has been a lifeline for me over the past year. I've been unable to walk due to a medical condition, and living on the 3rd floor with no elevator made picking up prescriptions nearly impossible. Called to have my prescription refilled, the rep. called me back within 15 mins. said it was ready to be picked. Engi was helpful picking up my prescription and even mentioned they have local delivery service. Helpful and professional.
Really terrible. Suddenly started refusing to help me because of the pain medication I take, even though I never request early refills and have always followed the rules. They now lie to me and tell me they're "out of stock." Liars.
