Needing a pharmacy that "truly cares" about their patients?? I would NOT RECOMMEND this pharmacy. I understand taking on new patients due to other pharmacies closing….WHAT I DON'T UNDERSTAND....existing patients being put on the "back burner". Are they getting more $$$ from their prescriptions?? You are instructed and the labels are printed to call/give 72 hours (3 business days) for prescriptions to be refilled....THIS IS NOT SO. Spoke with a lady this morning at 11:52 am and she said they would deliver my wife's rx today. It's now 11:28 pm so guess she lied??? She needed her rx but guess they don't care.
first of all, terrible hours. second, when I had another pharmacy request my prescriptions be transferred to them Grove took FIVE hours to fax them over. third on more had one occasion I requested refills and they would be out of stock and I would have to wait an additional day for it to come in. and last, Everytime I go pick up a prescription the pharmacist would make me wait, so they could come out and try to sell me something else!! are you kidding? do you not make enough money from the six or seven prescriptions I fill w... read more
