Friends don’t let friends live in these apartments. The manager hires her relatives to work here. She needs to hire professional people to work here. How in the world can you claim you replace my a/c last year and it’s currently 77 degrees. My thermostat is set to 72 degrees.I have asked the office staff to not allow Gene to work on my apartment hence my air conditioning is really messed up. Thank you to all the individuals who put their real situations and scenarios on here for us all to see. I will not be trying to relocate here. This type of treatment seems to be the norm here in greedy unprofessional Georgia. I am not a Georgia native but these past three years I have seen Georgia's rental history and this is what it looks and sounds like. Every image was taken here at Grove. I'm counting down the days until my lease ends, but praying that I can break early and get my deposit back. Sewage water, car break in, and every pest imaginable. I pay to live like this.
