Thank you so much to Gene and V at Grove Parkview Apartment Maintenance. They always get me out of a bind and are willing to spend all the time needed to get my apartment comfortable whenever something breaks, including on weekends and at night. Very grateful to them and all the staff- I have loved my time living here. The scenery and people and staff's warmth all have made living her such a blessing. Truly grateful to God for them! Highly recommend this place to anyone considering coming out to Stone Mountain.
I lived in this apartment complex for four years, and despite the building being somewhat older, the living conditions are exceptional at every level. The administrative support from Ms. Cinthya, Silva, and Raheem is outstanding—they are always attentive, responsive, and truly listen to residents’ concerns, taking action when needed. Living at Grove Parkview has been an amazing experience. I’ve lived here for a while and the location is great and leasing office staff is always super friendly and helpful. Maintenance always comes and fixes whatever you need. They also show appreciation to their tenants, we had a festive Taco Night and it was so much fun! Definitely would recommend anyone to live here! 👍🏾
My experience has been nothing short of amazingly welcoming and accommodating, wich is an absolute rarity in today's rental communities. I've never had a service request not be expeditiously resolved. Quiet/tranquil, convenient living. Excellent proficient staff. Highly recommend
