Jean did such an amazing job helping us with our move in. He fixed every little issue we had within an hour. He was quick, efficient and had a welcoming personality. I will definitely ask for him for future reference. He’s a great person to have on your team.
I would like to appreciate all ofthe remarkable staff at Grove Parkview Apartments but give an extra shout out of gratitude to Mr. Raheem Mintz! His extra efforts, concern, patience and kindness was and still is such a BLESSING! HE IS A STELLAR EMPLOYEE AND GREAT ASSET TO THE COMPLEX!!! I AM SOOO GRATEFUL FOR HIM AND THE ENTIRE STAFF FOR THERE GENUINE KINDNESS , PROFESSIONALISM AND COMPASSION TOWARDS EACH OTHER AND ALL TENANTS!!!
Good apartment
I’ve lived at Grove Parkview for 3.5 years in a studio apartment, and let me tell you — this place has held me down. When I first moved in, I just needed something safe and solid. What I got was more than that. Reliable maintenance. Zero pest problems. Actual community events. No rent-gouging nonsense every time it’s time to renew.
