When we first moved here we enjoyed it. Unfortunately, over the last year or two things have gone significantly downhill. While the economy started going downhill, they were having trouble renting units. In the event of this, it seems that they started renting to anybody. There have been multiple incidents with tenants and thier friends being loud at all hours of the night.
