Had my storage unit for almost 2 years for the most part no issues however any issues that did come up were never addressed because you can never get ahold of anyone through call, text, or email. Never once in 2 years have I been able to get ahold of anyone for assistance including when moving out of the unit.
The only reason I don't rate 5 stars is because of how the units are built but it's climate controlled so maybe that's why they built them like so... 🤷🏽♀️

I started an account online and was assigned a unit and emailed a code. The code did not work, so I emailed and called. No answers to emails, and no one answers the phone. It just says the mailbox is full. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company.
