Disgusting staff!! A nurse said a 98 year old woman keeps calling she needs to go head and die !? Unbelievable then doc really don't care ! Nurses do unprofessional they gonna say they not picking my mother up in not surprised by they're great customer service
The slowest place I’ve ever been. Been sitting in the lobby from 3:30pm until 10pm an still didn’t get seen. I jus got up an left
The administration truly cares about the community, staff, and all the patients who come through Grove Hill Rural Emergency Hospital!
Staff was rude and sat in waiting room for over an hour with a heart condition and seizures. Said they had no beds and didn’t seem to care about anyone. I left untreated after over an hour ig waiting! DO BETTER GROVE HILL MEMORIAL! Have a waiting room for the ones there with the sick ones and NOT FOR THE SICK ONES 🤬🤬🤬
I wouldn’t recommend this “hospital” to anyone. Went to the ER because I thought I was bleeding to death… the only dr that was there told me sometimes women have heavier menstrual cycles did absolutely nothing to examine me. Like I don’t know this… As a last resort because they were gonna send me home with out even checking anything I showed the nurse pics of all the blood I had lost before coming in she has the dr do bloodwork. Turns out I was having a miscarriage and didn’t even know I was pregnant. They never asked.
