I ordered flowers that were planned to be delivered the next day. 2 days later I sent an email asking if the delivery had been delayed. I don't mind a delay as long as I'm kept informed. No response came until the automatic delivery confirmation was sent later that evening. I had coincidentally just driven down the recipients street when that email was sent and saw no delivery vehicle.
