Great gym, clean, courteous staff. Everything for your workout regime, weights, machines, steppers, rowers, etc.
The Grove has daily walk-in massage specials, a full Spa, and an amazing Gym! Come see us Open 5am to 10 pm
this is my spot come visit
It's a great gym for those who work downtown. It has classes each day from HIIT training to yoga. it has a pool for lap swimming. Also has a sauna. The staff are friendly. The Fitness center overlooks the entire Boise downtown as its located on the 5th floor of the Grove Hotel.
This is an amazing place for any fitness individual that wants a nice quiet gym to focus on their goals. Also with the pool, sauna, and hot tub you will feel rewarded with every amenity you could need. I love this gym!
The music is stupid loud. Even with my headphones. The milenials at the desk are clueless.
