I went to Grove Dental feeling so nervous, as I had not been to a dentist in yrs. I felt so safe with them;) no judgement, just total compassion for me. I felt safe, & they took care of me;) I was amazed with Dr. Alb, & everyone that works for, & with him;) amazing people!! Thank you Grove Dental for the positive change you have given me;). Cary H❤️
Dr. Olm and his nurse Tanya are so amazing. They are super friendly, caring, and excellent at their job. I could of fallen asleep during my root canal it was so painless. However, I didn't fall asleep because they kept me up with entertaining conversations and humor. It's always been a great experience here.
Bad customer service. Said I can’t reschedule with them just because I didn’t call in to let them know I couldn’t make it to my appointment & I literally just had a baby which is why I couldn’t make it.
10/10! My 1st appointment and I felt like it was my 5th visit. Great team from reception desk to the support staff and the amazing Dentist Dr. Florin. They will take care of you! Thank you to the Grove team.
Hygenists rushed my fiancé's fillings to the point where the teeth they messed with are super sensitive and he is now constantly in pain. This was months ago now, and he is still in pain. We now are having to rush to another place that is more reputable to actually fix the issue. Very disappointing, and from the reviews I am seeing this place doesn't seem to be very professional in the first place.
